“Tri-City Chorus is a member of Border Lakes Region #2 of Sweet Adelines International (SAI), a non-profit worldwide ladies barbershop organization that performs four-part harmony music. Barbershop music is one of a few forms of music native to the United States. SAI was founded in 1945 with nearly nearly 23,000 members. Tri-City is a small chorus with a total membership of around 25 ladies. Our members come from all over the Tri-City area and the Thumb. Tri-City celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2012.

10 Years of Magical Dancing Lights! This will be the 5th year at the Tittabawassee Township Park.
Every year brings something new…so, come check out the festive display!    There is no admission to see the show…and you never have to leave the warmth of your vehicle.
The show starts daily at 5:30 pm, with the last show starting at 10:00 pm.  Each show will last around 12 minutes, with a 3 minute break between shows.  (Approximate show times: 5:30, 5:45, 6:15, 6:30 etc…)

Forever Forest

Midland started as a lumber town with thousands upon thousands of trees. The logging industry was and still is an important resource for the entire United States. Forever Forest allows children and adults to learn, through hands-on activities, the different aspects of the forest and how it plays an important role in our lives. From the forest to your home, this exhibit helps children learn about where wood comes from, how it’s processed and transported and all the ways it can be used. This exhibit is geared for families with preschool and early elementary-aged children.
